I feel like I've been away forever.

Ok, where was I. I went home. Spent time with my parents. Sometimes... somethings, you need to see it to be sure. And it feels much better when you are sure. So I set them up with Skype. I am forever grateful for having some awesome friends who are always willing to help. You guys know who you are.

I tried to summarize the trip in a reasonable length post and realized it was impossible. I could, but you would miss out on all the random things that happened. It was also impossible because if you ask me, a lot of things happened in the last few months and it's all a blur in my head - sort of like what happened when they show things moving very fast on tv, like when superman runs - a blur.

So, my plan is to tell you everything. Well, or nothing, I haven't decided yet. Nothing seems less work but that defeits the purpose of a blog. In case I really do tell you nothing, which I probably wouldn't (but just in case), you should at least know why I was slightly overwhelmed:

July 31: Edmonton.
Aug 1-2: Calgary.
Aug 3-4: Edmonton.
Aug 5: Edmonton -> Vancouver -> HK.
Aug 6-7: HK.
Aug 8-14: home
Aug 15-19: Siem Reap.
Aug 19 - 26: home.
Aug 27: KL. HK.
Aug 28: HK-> Toronto -> Montreal -> (Boston).
Aug 29 - Sept 4: Boston.
Sept 5: Calgary.
Sept 6-16: Winnipeg
Sept 17: Calgary.

It was very good, it was also a mess, like my apartment now. The very very good thing is: despite it was a pain because so many little random issues popped up, eventually it all worked out and so all the big things went right. For that, I have no complaints. It is just, slightly exhausting.

Glad everything worked out in the end. Sounds like you had a good break. Seems a little short though considering how far you have to travel.

It was too short! Mostly sweet though. The pain of being in north america, everywhere else is so far away and takes forever.
